For the body:

Warm the desired amount of oil between the palms of your hands.
Apply the oil onto clean skin.
Gently massage until fully absorbed.

For the hair:

Warm the desired amount of oil between the palms of your hands.
Apply along the lengths of the hair and to the ends.
For a more intensive treatment, it can also be used as a mask:
Apply to the hair from roots to ends.
Leave on for 30 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly with shampoo.
